Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items.
Conditions:
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Undergarments & accessories (unless defective)
- Sale/discounted items (final sale)
Return Process
- Request a return through our online portal
- Pack securely (use original packaging if possible)
- Ship back using a trackable method
Refunds
- Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
- Credited to original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
Exchanges
- Available for size/color changes (subject to stock)
- Must meet the same return conditions
Defective/Wrong Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
- A missing part
We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement/refund.
International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refund excludes original delivery charges
- Customs/duties are non-refundable
