Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Undergarments & accessories (unless defective)
  • Sale/discounted items (final sale)

Return Process

  1. Request a return through our online portal
  2. Pack securely (use original packaging if possible)
  3. Ship back using a trackable method

Refunds

  • Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
  • Credited to original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Exchanges

  • Available for size/color changes (subject to stock)
  • Must meet the same return conditions

Defective/Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • missing part

We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement/refund.

International Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Refund excludes original delivery charges
  • Customs/duties are non-refundable
